At Inspired Advocacy Services, we understand that every person’s experience of disability is unique, and navigating systems, services, and everyday challenges can often feel overwhelming and isolating. 

Approximately 16 million people in the UK are disabled, representing nearly one in four (25%) of the total population, according to Family Resources Survey 2023-24 data. This figure includes 11% of children, 23% of working-age adults, and 45% of pension-age adults. 

Our approach is rooted in genuine empathy, respect, and a commitment to truly listening. We take the time to understand each individual’s circumstances, preferences, and goals, ensuring that our advocacy support is not only practical but also personal. 

Whether someone needs help accessing services, understanding their rights, communicating with professionals, or making informed decisions, we stand alongside them—offering reassurance, clarity, and a consistent, compassionate presence. We provide tailored advocacy support that empowers individuals to have their voices heard and their needs recognized. 

This may include assistance with accessing services, attending meetings, challenging decisions, or navigating complex processes such as assessments or reviews. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, we bridge the gap between individuals and organisations, helping to reduce stress and build confidence. 

Above all, we aim to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel valued, understood, and in control of their own journey.
