David, originally from Kent, now proudly calls Preston, Lancashire home, where he continues his professional journey and community involvement.

With over 35 years’ experience as a qualified professional, including more than 22 years in Senior Management and as a General Advocate, he has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His journey has taken him across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, enabling him to develop a broad, culturally aware perspective in his work.

Throughout this time, he has not only developed strong professional expertise but has also drawn upon a rich and diverse range of lived experiences, including first-hand experience of Bipolar Disorder and supporting his son with Autism and ADHD—shaping both his perspective and deepening his sense of purpose.

At the heart of everything he does is a genuine connection with people. He understands that no two journeys are the same and approaches every individual with empathy, respect, and without judgement.

For him, this work is about far more than delivering advocacy services—it is about truly listening, understanding each person’s story, and standing beside them when it matters most, particularly during complaints support and escalation processes.

Throughout his career, he has built his approach on trust, compassion, and reliability. He strives to make complex or overwhelming situations feel clearer and more manageable, ensuring that those he supports feel safe, heard, and valued.

While he is proactive, organised, and dependable, what drives him most is making a meaningful and lasting difference in people’s lives.

He is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to find their voice, regain confidence, and move forward with strength and clarity.

Whether someone is seeking guidance, support, or simply someone to stand in their corner, his aim is always to provide a space where they feel understood, respected, and never alone.

Driven by these values, David decided to form Inspire Advocacy Services Limited, using both his many years of extensive professional experience and his wealth of lived experience to offer a highly personal, friendly, caring, and empathetic all-inclusive service, available to both individuals and organisations.

He is currently studying for his Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, Community Organisation and Advocacy and is also a School Parent Governor for a Special Needs High School.

Mor studied International and Human Rights Law at London Guildhall University and London Metropolitan University. He is a respected civil liberties and human rights advocate with a longstanding commitment to equality, social justice, and race relations.

Mor began his community and advocacy work in the mid-1980s while volunteering with Afro Caribbean Focus, a West London organisation campaigning against racism through music and community engagement. In the early 1990s, he joined The Monitoring Group (formerly Southall Monitoring Group), initially serving as a trustee before progressing to Senior Caseworker, where he supported victims of racial violence and advised families seeking justice in high-profile cases.

Throughout his career, Mor has played a significant role in challenging institutional racism and advocating for accountability in the investigation of race-related crimes. His work included supporting the campaign for justice led by the family of Stephen Lawrence and contributing to the Macpherson Inquiry.

He has also supported the families of Zahid Mubarek, Ricky Reel, and many others affected by racial injustice.

Since 2003, Mor has served as Co-Founder and Director of The Victoria Climbié Foundation UK. He played a pivotal role in supporting Victoria Climbié’s parents throughout the public inquiry led by Lord Herbert Laming and helped establish the Foundation to advocate for improvements in child protection policy, family inclusion, and multi-agency safeguarding practices.

Under Mor’s leadership, the Foundation has become one of the UK’s leading voices for vulnerable children and Black and minority ethnic communities. His work has focused on strengthening collaboration between statutory agencies and local communities while campaigning for equitable safeguarding practices and improved child protection systems.

Between 2014 and 2017, Mor led the UK Government’s National Advisory Group on Preventing Faith-Based Abuse, contributing to the development of the National Action Plan to Tackle Child Abuse Linked to Faith or Belief. This work followed the tragic case of Kristy Bamu, during which Mor and his colleagues worked closely with the Metropolitan Police to support victims and witnesses throughout the criminal proceedings.

Mor continues to lead community-based initiatives focused on improving mental health awareness, engagement, and access to services for Black and minority ethnic communities, particularly among men and young people. He is also actively involved in strategic health research and advocacy.

In recognition of his contribution to education, safeguarding, and social justice, Mor was awarded an honorary doctorate in Education from University of East London in 2015.

He also serves as an executive member of the BME-Migrant Advisory Group (B-MAG) for Safeguarding Children and Young People.

Emma believes that many workplace culture and conflict challenges do not begin with policy — they begin with people, communication, and the quality of conversations being had.

With over two decades of HR experience, Emma’s focus is on helping organisations build healthier, more resilient, and more effective working cultures through Coaching, Mentoring, and Mediation.

She works with individuals and organisations to unlock clarity, strengthen confidence, and support professional growth.
